By using www.maeselea.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to protect the sacred container of Maeselea and the people who enter it.

1. Sacred Integrity & Energetic Respect

Maeselea is a sanctuary devoted to planetary healing, spiritual liberation, and soul remembrance. By engaging with this site, you agree to uphold energetic integrity and honor this digital temple as sacred space. Any attempt to distort, replicate, siphon, or misuse the offerings — whether for harmful, exploitative, manipulative, or non-consensual energetic purposes — will be considered a breach of both spiritual and legal ethics.

2. Digital & Energetic Boundaries

Maeselea is both a digital and energetic sanctuary. Unauthorized tracking, scraping, surveillance, data extraction, or technological attempts to access protected areas are strictly prohibited. Likewise, any non-consensual energetic probing, siphoning, or interference with Maeselea’s transmissions — including but not limited to Sound Healing Ceremonies, Oracle Readings, Divine Transmissions, and Yoga Practices — is a violation of this temple’s sacred thresholds. By engaging with this space, you agree to honor both the digital framework and spiritual field of Maeselea. Breaches may result in legal action and spiritual consequence.

3. Non-Commercial Use

All content on Maeselea — including written materials, ceremonies, sound transmissions, artwork, and other offerings — is provided for personal use, healing, and remembrance only. No part of this content may be copied, shared, republished, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without explicit, written permission from Maeselea’s founder.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Maeselea reserves the right to deny or discontinue access to any offering, space, or communication at any time and for any reason. This includes — but is not limited to — behavior or energy that is harmful, disrespectful, manipulative, spiritually invasive, or misaligned with the values of this sanctuary. All decisions are made in alignment with the energetic integrity of the Maeselean field and the well-being of its creator and community.

5. Offerings & Payments

All offerings — such as Oracle Readings, Sound Healing Ceremonies, and other sacred services — are subject to availability and intuitive alignment.

• 1:1 Sound Healing Ceremonies on the Shore may be purchased and booked directly through Maeselea.com via a secure checkout powered by GoDaddy.

• All other offers require a request to schedule. Upon acceptance, details for payment and scheduling will be provided directly. 

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Paypal, GoDaddy Payments).

• All purchases are final unless otherwise arranged through direct communication.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

Due to the energetic nature of the work, all offerings are non-refundable once the service has begun or been delivered.

Rescheduling is available if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

7. Client Responsibility

By booking or engaging with Maeselea’s offerings, you agree:

• You are of sound mind and free will

• You take full responsibility for your own healing journey

• Spiritual work is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care

8. Intellectual Property

All content, words, images, ceremonies

, and transmissions shared through Maeselea are the intellectual and spiritual property of Madison Collins (Mae), unless otherwise credited. No part may be copied, reproduced, or repurposed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken to create safe, sacred containers, Maeselea shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or participation in its offerings. You engage at your own spiritual and energetic discretion.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site implies agreement to any changes.
